CRoMiE Confidential Reporting on Matters in Engineering Confidential Reporting on Matters in Engineering (CRoMiE) is a totally independent, confidential reporting system for people employed in or associated with engineering. CroMie is not used to make specific complaints against individual engineers but provides an opportunity to highlight wider problems or threats to safety. Reporters' identities are kept confidential. Personal details are not retained and are returned to the reporter on closure of their report. The information provided is made available in an anonymous form to those who can take action to remedy the problem. Important information gained through reports is made available as widely as possible, principally through IPENZ publications. If you have had an experience that would be useful to communicate to others please use this facility to make a report. How to Report Reports should be posted to: Report Forms cannot be completed on-line or e-mailed as these are not considered to be secure methods.
