We provide in-house and external professional development opportunities and support our graduate engineers to achieve registration on the IPENZ registers through mentoring and work experience.

Training and development opportunities we offer our employees :
Training and development within the Council is offered to all our employees according to their needs and the benefit it will provide to the Council. This includes on the job training and development, attendance at short courses and appropriate conferences.
