Beca is an international employee-owned engineering and related consultancy services group. Our range of services covers engineering, planning, project management, architecture, GIS and surveying, cost estimating, asset management and valuations. Beca employs engineers from all engineering disciplines.

Major projects we are involved with/have been involved with :

How we support our employees :
Beca places a strong emphasis on supporting and developing our people. We do this through employee development and supporting ongoing learning, providing a Mentoring programme available to all employees

Training and development opportunities we offer our employees :
All Beca companies offer a wide range of training and development programmes annually, covering leadership, management development, general skills and job specific training. We also run a Graduate Development programme, a comprehensive Onboarding programme,anda mentoring programme.

How we support the community :
Beca supports many areas of our diverse communities: education through providing guest lecturers at engineering schools, partnerships with selected tertiary institutions, scholarships to engineering students.
At high school level we participate in career days and provide FutureinTech ambassadors.
Numerous charities receive our donations, and we prefer to support the charities our employees support. Employees who themselves excel at sport or the arts - or who are keen to explore a specific area of study or research, are also eligible for sponsorship.

Summer work placement opportunities:
Beca organises a student holiday work programme every year to assist students achieve their practical degree requirements. Opportunities are usually advertised in May for NZ and August for Australia, on the Beca website.

Scholarships and awards we offer:
Beca offers engineering scholarships at both Auckland and Canterbury universities.
