IPENZ Branches There are 16 IPENZ Branches in New Zealand and one in the United Kingdom. All IPENZ Members resident within a Branch area (determined by the IPENZ Board) automatically become part of the local Branch. The Branches welcome and support Members, and endeavour to encourage their participation in Branch activities. Services provided by Branches The events programme includes meetings with presentations on topical and technical issues, visits to sites of engineering interest, and social opportunities for engineers to meet and network. Branches also offer career development and mentoring support where possible. Promoting the profession locally How Branches are managed IPENZ National Office provides Branches with administration assistance through the services of a Branch Facilitator.
